Terra Paintbox Red is a modern carpet designed by Kevin Walz, an internationally recognized designer with distinctive patterns rich with color and texture. This Terra Paintbox rug was handcrafted in Nepal of 100% Himalayan wool using our premium Shakti quality weave which has a pile height of about 0.28 inches. The lines in this design are created by using Tibetan loop pile which contrasts with the cut pile used for most of the rug. The Paintbox Red colorway includes berry and brown reds with cocoa brown, lavender, gunmetal blue and steel grey accents.

Our rugs are designed and photographed in the 8x10 size. If you are considering any other size, the design and/or scale will vary from this standard. Please reach out to our rug experts if you would like more information on a particular design in a specific size.

Our extremely handmade rugs may be of a slightly different size (up to 3 inches). This is due to the beautiful hand-knotted and hand-tufted nature of our rugs.
Cleaning and Care
Vacuum regularly. Loose threads should be trimmed with a scissor (do not pull!). Rug protectors are recommended. If your new rug is exposed to the sun, it is a good idea to rotate regularly to prevent uneven wear. Blot spills with a clean towel (white is best). Cleaning the entire rug should be handled by a professional rug cleaning service.
