CROSSHATCH SANDY BRASS

SKU: AQV.SANDBRS
Crosshatch Sandy Brass brings a refined textile rhythm to the floor, balancing quiet geometry with luminous material contrast. Hand-knotted in Nepal of Tibetan wool, linen, and hand-spun silk, this rug features a layered grid of softly irregular lines, dotted accents, and brass-toned details across a warm sandy field.

The design has the feeling of an abstract woven study, with vertical and horizontal marks that suggest stitching, notation, or architectural mapping. Its palette of sand, ecru, taupe, warm brass, and muted clay makes it especially versatile for interiors layered with pale woods, linen upholstery, plaster walls, travertine, leather, and burnished metal.

The combination of Tibetan wool, linen, and hand-spun silk gives Crosshatch Sandy Brass subtle dimensionality, from matte organic texture to gentle sheen. It is an elegant foundation for living rooms, bedrooms, dining spaces, and studies where the goal is softness, structure, and quiet visual interest.

Crosshatch Sandy Brass is available in our standard room sizes; custom sizes, runners, squares and rounds available. Our rugs are normally available for delivery within 10 to 90 days. Contact us or Request a Quote for timing on the rug and size of your choice.

THINGS TO KNOW

Design Elements Sometimes Change

Our rugs are designed and photographed in the 8x10 size. If you are considering any other size, the design and/or scale will vary from this standard. Please reach out to our rug experts if you would like more information on a particular design in a specific size.

Actual Size May Vary a Little

Our extremely handmade rugs may be of a slightly different size (up to 3 inches). This is due to the beautiful hand-knotted and hand-tufted nature of our rugs. Note for any rugs made in Nepal: 6x9 rugs measure 5’6” x 8’6” and 9x12 rugs measure 8’9” x 11’6”. Please reach out to our rug experts if you would like more information.

Cleaning and Care

Vacuum regularly. Loose threads should be trimmed with a scissor (do not pull!). Rug protectors are recommended. If your new rug is exposed to the sun, it is a good idea to rotate regularly to prevent uneven wear. Blot spills with a clean towel (white is best). Cleaning the entire rug should be handled by a professional rug cleaning service.
