SPROUTS INDIGO SAFFRON
An indigo saffron Yak Soo weave rug. This Sprouts Indigo Saffron rug is one of our most natural and organic designs, made from 100% wool and dyed with vegetable based dyes. This design is constructed using our Tibetan Yak Soo weave which is about one inch thick, our thickest construction. The color in Sprouts Indigo Saffron has multiple layers with blue and yellow dyes that create a green carpet with remnants of the saffron yellow and indigo blue. The color combination and variations in the dyed yarn create a natural striation pattern throughout the rug.

Our rugs are designed and photographed in the 8x10 size. If you are considering any other size, the design and/or scale will vary from this standard. Please reach out to our rug experts if you would like more information on a particular design in a specific size.
Actual Size May Vary a Little
Our extremely handmade rugs may be of a slightly different size (up to 3 inches). This is due to the beautiful hand-knotted and hand-tufted nature of our rugs.
Cleaning and Care
Vacuum regularly. Loose threads should be trimmed with a scissor (do not pull!). Rug protectors are recommended. If your new rug is exposed to the sun, it is a good idea to rotate regularly to prevent uneven wear. Blot spills with a clean towel (white is best). Cleaning the entire rug should be handled by a professional rug cleaning service.
