To initiate a return or exchange, call 800.928.6671 or email your salesperson before the conclusion of your seven day “Test Drive” period. Please note that rug pads are not eligible for return or refund.

Packaging a return can be challenging. Here are a few tips:
How to pack 6x9 & larger rugs: If shipping a 6x9, 8x10 or a 9x12 size rug: fold the rug in half, then fold 1/3 of the rug and then start rolling it. Secure it with a string. For larger rugs: fold the rug in thirds (bringing both sided into middle), then fold the 1/3 of the rug and roll as tight as possible, secure with the string and wrap in the wrapping material the rug was shipped to you. If the packaging material can’t be reused, you may use a UPS box (they may also have heavy-duty plastic) or you can purchase a heavy duty plastic wrap, such as this product.
