What is your Custom or Special Orders policy?

In order to process a custom project, a written purchase order and a 50% deposit of the purchase price are required; the remaining balance is due prior to delivery. Custom and Special Orders cannot be cancelled and cannot be returned. Due to the nature of handmade rugs, sizes and color may vary slightly. Standard allowable variance is 2% in the width and 4% in the length.
